One module, no jargon, and deliberately light on the technical detail. What these systems genuinely do, what they cannot do, and where the marketing stops matching reality. Then the one distinction that matters: a chatbot answers, an agent does the work. It takes a goal, uses tools, and comes back with the job finished. We show one finishing a real job start to finish, then stop and take it apart frame by frame, which raises the honest question a board has to answer: where does this run, and where does your data go while it does.

The heart of the afternoon. We go through the everyday work a business like yours already carries: the quoting, the reporting, the answering, the chasing, the writing nobody enjoys. Which of it AI can genuinely take on today, which of it is still a promise, and what handing it over is actually worth in hours and in money. One company, worked all the way through with the numbers left in, and then we turn round and attack our own figures in front of you.

PeopleWhat an agent finds when it reads a company's whole website
One company runs through the whole afternoon, and this is where we point an agent at its website and let it work. It reads every page it can reach, follows where they lead, and draws the whole thing as one picture, in front of you. It is always bigger and older than anyone expected, and it always finds something nobody remembered was still there. Then the useful conversation, asked of the map and answered by the room: who owns each part of this, who would notice within a day if one changed, and what here should never be handled by a machine.
